I was born and raised in Houston; however at 18 I left to pursue a career elsewhere. While studying finance and philosophy in the Midwest, my thoughts turned towards becoming a professor or maybe a financial advisor, but God had other plans for my immediate future. And gradually (seven years later)- through conversion, prayer, and reflection- I “heard” the calling to return to Houston and study for the priesthood. I now look forward to starting my pre-theology studies and my preparation for a life of imitation Christ and serving His bride, the Church.
